Special features

The classic outdoor rug is perfect for daily use in the paddock or meadow. Depending on your horse's needs, the blanket is available in four different versions: 0g, 50g, 150g or 300g. The cover resists all weather conditions thanks to its waterproof and dirt-repellent coating. The materials of this blanket are lightweight and have a perfect fit, to provide maximum comfort.

Fabrics and materials

The classic 300g outdoor blanket is made from a 600D ripstop polyester exterior with a breathable waterproof coating. This structure makes the cover very resistant to tears. The blanket's lining is a smooth, antibacterial 210T polyester. This lining is easy to maintain because it does not smell and hair does not attach to it. The filling is made of PES fibers. Fiber filling has the same performance as down, and therefore creates an insulating layer around your horse. The combination of these materials allows your horse to stay dry in all weather conditions.

Shape and size

The classic raincoat has no seams on the back of the cover, which avoids the risk of leaking. For added warmth, you can use this blanket with an underblanket, such as the classic underblanket. In case your horse needs additional protection, a detachable neck cover can be purchased separately. The finishes are Kentucky style: the blanket has 2 front closures in brass and stainless steel, combined with a strong hook-and-loop fastener, two surcingles and a detachable tail cord.

Interview guide

The classic outdoor blanket can be washed at 30°. To keep the blanket waterproof, we recommend applying a new waterproof layer after washing it more than five times. Do not put the blanket in the dryer.
