The presentation blanket is one of the most iconic products of the Kentucky brand. The blanket was designed to have easy and comfortable coverage during competitions. Therefore, the rug easily adapts to your horse's needs. The sophisticated look of the presentation cover will attract all eyes during competitions. As the show rug also serves as a stable rug, you can unload your horse without worrying about changing rugs.

Fabrics and materials

The presentation cover is made of high tenacity 600D polyester with diamond stitching that is both elegant and timeless. This makes the cover incredibly difficult to tear and prevents chips from sticking to the cover. To avoid pressure on the shoulder and withers, the collar of the Show Rug is made from our popular artificial sheepskin. Besides its stylish appearance, artificial sheepskin is also much more comfortable. For example, when the horse is eating, the blanket will not press on the chest. The blanket is filled with 160g of fiberfill, which has the same performance as down but does not absorb odors. To prevent rubbing marks, the blanket is lined with our artificial rabbit skin. This fabric is extremely soft and creates a shiny effect on the horse's coat. On top of that, the artificial rabbit skin creates tiny air pockets. These pockets trap and retain the horse's body heat, creating an additional insulating layer. The combination of these materials creates a highly breathable blanket with a high warmth-to-weight ratio.

Shape and size

The Show Rug blanket has an anatomical shape and thanks to the artificial rabbit skin you don't have to worry about the position of the blanket because it always snaps back into place. For better pressure distribution, the front flaps close like a Z, and the front closures are easily adjustable for a better fit. The surcingles are also adjustable and detachable. Thanks to the flexibility of the presentation blanket, it can be used for multiple purposes and combined with other Kentucky blankets.

The buckles are made of stainless steel and therefore do not rust. The show cover straps are made from the same webbing as the seat belts, making them very strong. The brass finish of the buckles and the artificial leather parts give the cover a very chic look.

Interview guide

In addition to the chic look, we found it important to have products that were easy to maintain. That's why the elastic tail strap is covered in plastic and the cover is washable. When washed at 30 degrees and no dryer is used, the quality of the materials remains optimal.
